Orders ship frozen and insulated with dry ice or cold-chain packaging.
We currently ship within the continental United States only.
Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for:
- accurate shipping information
- safe delivery location
- prompt retrieval of packages upon delivery
Iron King Provisions is not responsible for thawing or spoilage resulting from:
- missed deliveries
- incorrect addresses
- unattended packages
- delivery access issues
- carrier delays outside our control
